Dawn Hollyoak’s series 13 baking was full of intricate patterns, illusion and a very steady hand. The former IT manager describes herself as an artist in and out of the kitchen, favouring ambitious designs, lace-like detail and flavours such as lemon, salted caramel and nuts.
